There are only 4 ways to get customers. Score each channel to find which ones you're using, which you're ignoring, and where to double down.
Every business acquires customers through some combination of four channels: warm outreach, cold outreach, content, and paid advertising. Most businesses over-invest in one and completely ignore the others. This audit helps you score each channel so you can see where you are strong, where you are exposed, and where your biggest growth opportunity is.
Based on Alex Hormozi's Core Four framework from $100M Leads.
Reaching people who already know you — past customers, subscribers, and fans.
Reaching people who do not know you yet — through ads, partnerships, and marketplaces.
Attracting people to you through valuable content they search for, share, or subscribe to.
Spending money to reach the right people at scale — and measuring what comes back.

The Core Four is a framework from Alex Hormozi's $100M Leads. It says there are only four ways to acquire customers: warm outreach (contacting people who know you), cold outreach (contacting people who don't), content (attracting people to you organically), and paid advertising (paying to reach people at scale). Every marketing tactic falls into one of these four buckets.
Not necessarily at the same time. Most businesses grow fastest by mastering one channel first, then layering on others. But if you score zero in any channel, that is a blind spot — and it means you are entirely dependent on the channels you do use. The goal is awareness, not perfection in all four.
Start with warm outreach if you have existing customers — it is the cheapest and fastest. If you are pre-revenue, content and cold outreach (especially paid ads with a small budget) are the fastest ways to validate demand and start generating leads.
Quarterly. Your channel mix shifts as you grow — a channel that scored 1/6 last quarter might score 4/6 after a focused sprint. Re-auditing keeps you honest about where you are actually investing versus where you think you are.
